Bio
I'm currently a Clinical Psychology student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and I'm really passionate about promoting mental well-being in the community. Ever since I joined the lab in 2018, my excitement for advancing mental well-being through research and clinical practice has only grown stronger.
Throughout my academic journey, I've been fortunate to work on some amazing projects. One of the most rewarding experiences was conducting research on reducing mental health stigma through an interactive internet-based storytelling programs. It was truly eye-opening to see the endless possibilities that the digital realm offers.
Currently, I'm deeply fascinated by the integration of individualization into mental health practices. I firmly believe that by embracing this approach, we can offer more diverse and personalized services to our clients, ultimately enhancing their well-being.
Research interest
My research interests primarily revolve around digital mental health, stigma reduction, mental health promotion, individualization, and self-compassion. These areas inspire me to explore new avenues and make meaningful contributions to the field. Meanwhile, I'm still on a learning journey, but my goal is to create a positive impact on mental health and well-being, even if it's just in small ways.
