I always hope that psychology can be a powerful tool to enhance the quality of life for everyone. Over the past years of studying psychology, I developed a deep interest in research areas such as mental health promotion, intervention, and stigma towards mental illness and sexual minority. While these areas have captivated me, I am also exploring more research areas and expanding my interests as I continue learning and growing in this field. It was my pleasure to join the lab as a research assistant and contribute to the field by applying the knowledge and skills I have acquired. I believe that by harnessing the power of technology, we can make mental health resources more accessible and effective for individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

Alongside my academic journey, I have actively engaged in volunteer work such as visiting the wards of Castle Peak Hospital to offer companionship and emotional support to patients. The experience of volunteering also strengthened my commitment to helping and supporting individuals in need.

During my spare time, I strive to live a rich and fulfilling life. I have a wide range of hobbies such as traveling to new places, capturing moments through photography, and immersing myself in music. I also enjoy some sports such as hiking and fencing. These activities keep me energized and help me connect with the world in meaningful ways.

I constantly remind myself to "live in the moment, give your best effort, and never regret what you do." I am eager to bring this mindset and my passion for psychology to the lab, where I hope to make meaningful contributions.
