Bio

I received my B.S.Sc in Psychology in 2005 and M.Phil. in Psychology in 2007 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I then worked as talent development manager in an international bank to facilitate individuals to realize their potential at work. I believe mental well-being is important for everyone. I am now studying MSSc Clinical Psychology with an aspiration to promote mental health in the community and facilitate the recovery of individuals to live a fulfilling life despite mental illness.

 

Hobbies

My hobby that fills most of my leisure time with loads of fun and love is parenting and playing with my son. I also love hiking, reading and cooking (but don’t ask my about the taste!)
