Currently working as a Well-being Officer to provide content and ideas which contribute to raising awareness of mental health, self-care, and promoting well-being in Hong Kong.

 

I have content creation experience across a variety of platforms, including newspapers, books, TV, startup and online social media, after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Creative and Professional Writing from the Hong Kong Baptist University. I enjoy the intimate world that words and stories link me to, empowering me to observe, understand and communicate with myself, others and embracing diversity in the community.

 

I believe everyone has their own path to get to know themselves and engage in self-care at a different pace. I wish my skills and passion can contribute to promoting mental health awareness in the country that I love.
