Diversity & Well-Being Laboratory

I got my bachelor's degree in psychology from CUHK and worked at a local mental health charity to support community mental health education and promotion. Through my learning and work experiences, I have become more assertive in my belief that everyone deserves to live an authentic life, which requires self-attunement and a supportive environment. While the prior is a lifelong learning process, I also want to be part of a team to build an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone has the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
One way to bridge the gap is to translate textbook knowledge into practical, accessible resources for community members to integrate into their daily lives, promoting their well-being. Therefore, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology to gain more exposure and experience, as I continue my journey of turning my ideals into practice.
