Research Interests
“Many people live as if they will never die, and they die as if they had never lived.”
So what are the components of the happiest, most meaningful and flourishing life such that one will die without any regrets?
What are the best and most practical ways to implement these components in one's daily life, moment-by-moment?
While at the same time accommodating a life that is full of sadness and suffering?
I'm searching the most satisfactory answer by both practicing in my own daily life and researching in the following fields: mindfulness, original Buddhism, liberation, positive psychology, flourishing and well-being.
Can you kindly let me know if you have any better idea? ^_^
