Bio
I am currently a psychology undergraduate at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. All the time, we rush through life and are overwhelmed by the events that happen around us. Our minds are oftentimes chattering with judgment and critique. We ruminate over the past, worry about the future, and these simply distract us from the present moment. Hence, I am particularly interested in the area of mindfulness. For life is a series of moments, with mindfulness, we are able to cultivate our moment-to-moment awareness, to be fully present in the moment, to relieve our stress and to have a sense of peace. I am also interested in exploring how general hobbies and peers, can help us to adopt a more mindful approach to life.
