Bio

I am currently a final-year psychology undergraduate at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, graduating in 2021. Like everyone else, I am still learning how to love myself, the community, our city, our home, our Mother Earth a little bit more every day. Since I am aware of my privileges, working towards social justices has become my goal, let it be LGBT issues, feminism, or environmental issues. I hope to understand activism from empirical evidences and theories, while explore utilizing Buddhist Psychology concepts like interconnectedness, non-attachments, etc. in social justice related issues. I believe that cultivating compassion towards self and others, is the way to keep activism going.
