Bio

After completing my undergraduate study in criminology, I pursued a master in psychology. Learning that my passion lies in the mental health field, I participated in related projects after graduation.

Aspiration

“Helping, fixing, and serving represent three different ways of seeing life. When you help, you see life as weak. When you fix, you see life as broken. When you serve, you see life as whole.” - Rachel Naomi Remen

It is my wish to serve the public through promoting the importance of mental well-being. Having good mental health matters because it’s fundamental to everyone’s well-being. To better serve individuals in the society, I believe in the importance of reciprocity and mutuality in relationships. It is anticipated that my quest to serve is also a journey of self-discovery, never-ending learning and improvement.
