Bio
I am currently a clinical psychology trainee in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I joined Mak lab in 2015 when I was doing my undergraduate in Psychology.
 
Aspirations
With the belief that "mental health is just as important as physical health", and "there is no health without mental health", I aspire to raising mental health awareness among the general public. Moreover, I am aware that stigma attached to having mental illness leads to discrimination, I wish to help eradicating such stigma by improving mental health literacy.
 
Hobbies
I love the process of cooking, it helps me relax and think. I also love travelling, every trip surprises me and gives me new perspectives.
