Florence Leung


I am an user experience researcher for Jockey Club Tour Heart+ project. After graduating from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, I started my career in the marketing technology field. I discovered my interest in exploring customers’ online behaviors. This prompted me to tap into user experience and design thinking. Having had the opportunity to be a digital transformation trainee at a research lab in Amsterdam and joining design thinking events in Tokyo, I have enriched my understanding and passion for user-centered product design.  


My rule of thumb: “To find ideas, find problems. To find problems, talk to people.” (by Julie Zhou, former VP of product design at Facebook). I aspire to bring creativity to research, uncover users’ needs and build delightful experiences.
