Enya Chan

I am currently a clinical psychology trainee at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and previously obtained my undergraduate degree at University College London. During my time in London, my work with neurodivergent individuals in the UK's National Health Service cultivated my passion for advocating for diversity. These experiences has shaped my mission in celebrating and supporting diversity in all its forms, rather than pathologizing it. My research endeavours are driven by the goal of amplifying the voices of neurodivergent individuals and advocating for equity, acceptance, and empowerment. Working with the Diversity and Well-Being Lab, I am committed to promoting social inclusion, reducing stigma, and enhancing individuals' well-being in our society.
