BEng (Hons) in Product Engineering with Marketing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
MA in Values Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner, International Harp Therapy Program (IHTP)

Though my academic journey began in the field of engineering, my curiosity has always been drawn toward the complexities of human psychology. Having spent over a decade within the commercial sphere—including eight years leading IT and technology projects—it became increasingly evident to me that technical efficiency is secondary to the mental health of the people behind the tools. This realization bridge the gap between my technical roots and my passion for fostering  well-being, leading me to eventually pivot my focus toward values education.

My professional expertise is complemented by a deep commitment to understanding the human internal landscape. I have dedicated myself to practising Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, seeking to understand how we can navigate our inner worlds and outer relationships with greater clarity. Beyond the office, I serve as a psychological first aider with the Red Cross, providing support in moments of crisis.

Driven by a desire to put values education into practice, I founded @WeTreat852. This initiative serves as a platform to promote holistic well-being, facilitate meaningful discussions, and create space for communal healing. As a Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner, I also explore the intersection of music and therapy, using the harp as a medium to bring comfort and restorative peace to others.

My favourite Bible verse in Matthew 16:26: "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?" I believe this principle holds true in our modern professional lives; no amount of technical success can compensate for the loss of one's inner peace. As a Christian, my work and personal philosophy are anchored in the belief that peace and love are divine gifts meant to be shared.

I gracefully integrate these values into my role as a Product Team Lead in TourHeart project, ensuring that the technology we build serves to enhance, rather than diminish, the human spirit. I am eager to bring this unique blend of technical leadership and psychological insight to the team to promote a culture of true well-being.
