Charmine Kan

 

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. My education gave me a solid understanding of human behavior, but I initially took a different path and discovered my passion for product development along the way.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various sectors, including grocery e-commerce start-up, jewelry e-commerce, and media. This diverse background has equipped me with valuable insights on how to leverage technology to enhance user experiences. My journey led me back to the TourHeart project as the Product Team Lead, where I aim to bridge the gap between technology and psychology, applying my insights to better understand and meet user needs. 

I am passionate about using my skills to make a positive impact, both for users and in the community. I also believe in giving back, which is why I actively engage in charity work (平等分享) to support those who are less privileged. In my spare time, I love volunteering at dog shelters, as they bring so much joy and companionship into our lives.
