Having had the privilege of working within the commercial sphere for more than a decade, it has become quite evident to me the importance of maintaining positive mental health within the workplace. Therefore, I elected to further my education by obtaining a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. It is my sincere hope that through my research and experiences, I shall be able to make a meaningful contribution to society.
My area of expertise and curiosity lies in the realm of promoting mental health in the workplace from the standpoint of an organization. Furthermore, I am deeply invested in the study of the psychological mechanisms and consequences of the adoption of new technology in the workplace.
As Lord Denning, the former Master of the Rolls, once said: "The law is not a closed book. It is alive and it breathes. It adapts itself to the needs of society. It changes with the times." I believe that this principle holds true not only for the law, but for all aspects of life. And so, I strive to keep an open mind and embrace change in my work and personal philosophy.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am also a student of the ancient philosophy of Zen. I find great solace and inspiration in its teachings, and believe that its principles can be applied to enhance one's professional and personal life.
