My time as a research assistant in Diversity and Well-being lab and member in the StoryTaler has aspired me to work on mental health equality and to provide psychology service accessible to all. My training as a clinical psychologist and experience in working with individuals across different settings allowed me to see the impact of systematic and organisational factors on individual’s psychological issues. My goal at the lab is to further promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the community. Being a part of the team, I wish to explore and offer solutions to facilitate wellness across different levels.
