Mindfulness Workshop

Instructor: Ms Yip Ying Chi (Registered Clinical Psychologist)

 

It is a 3-hour workshop which participants were able to get a taste of Mindfulness. During the workshop, background of mindfulness will be introduced to participants and they will get to know how mindfulness can help them to be aware of here and now and benefit from it. Participant will also get to practice various mindfulness exercises including mindful stretching, mindful walking, mindful eating and mindful breathing.
